Website enquiries and the free site survey do not take payment. Paid work follows the quotation or work order issued for your site.

The professional site survey requested on this website is free. There is nothing to refund for submitting a form.

Any booking amount, advance or cancellation term is the one written in your quotation or work order. That document controls.

If installation has not started and materials have not been ordered against your name, write to info@uvrgreenenergies.com and we will confirm what can be returned under that document.

Manufacturer equipment, once ordered specifically for your site, may be non-returnable. We will say so in the quotation before you pay.
